Nothing he is juggernaut. He can one shot you if he Spots you. You can sneak up on him from behind and fill him with headshots from a shotgun. He is heavily armoured and has a Mini gun. But their are ways you can do it without killing him.

They're definitely wrong, because you can register as VIP which is a boss, without owning a ceo office. Ceo office just allows you to register as ceo, it doesn't hinder you from registering all together.
