if you have a Pegassi Oppressor Mark II, you can go to the warehouse thing by the ocean, place Proximity mines in each of the 3 possible spawn locations (they are next to each other). As soon as you start the mission inside the sub, it will explode, as long as you placed the proximity mines in the correct spots. This may be slightly costly, but once you learn the locations you only need three each time you do the run, which can probably be made up with a Headhunter or Blowup mission.

Facing North, they spawn in these spots, where you will want to place Sticky Mines (when your Kosatka is in Vespucci or nearby; They are between the northernmost windows of that building. As soon as you start the mission, press the key (left on the d-pad) to detonate the sticky mines, and you should see that the mission is failed.

You can then restart again and it should get you the alternate mission where you do not have to follow a Valkyrie
