Idk if it's on pc but on console if your main is a certain level, your 2nd character can be made at level 120.

For old gen the recommended supers are the: Krieger and Emerus. Both are functionally really great. I heard that the Krieger is better off the rip while the Emerus takes a bit to get used to the handling.

For sports: Niobe. Even without HSW its a great car.

I would prefer using Sports over Supers for both freeroaming and missions but that is just me.
