Then get a kosatka to do the Cayo perico Heist solo

Then keep grinding until you get another 2 mil to get a little Seoul agency and do the vip contract solo

Then keep grinding those to get an auto shop

And so on

PvE is still very prevalent. And we still get new people getting into the game even now. Kuruma (Armored) is still the only thing most people would need for PvE since NPCs dont use explosives. Outside that is when it loses to just about everything. PvP, racing, speedrunning, etc. But with how common the rate of fire glitch happens, even veterans can appreciate how protected the Kuruma (Armored) is.

I especially hate the ROF glitch happens to someone with a shotgun. That is an insta kill in a normal firefight.

Pve is prevalent but u dont need to really restrict yourself to armored kuruma. Its a safe option, literally. But snacks exist and are even better now plus faster more efficient options often times

Being in a vehicle helps in defending. Hell even I stay inside the shitty Champion during the Studio Time mission. I'm just saying when grinding against PvE situations, having the Kuruma (Armored) is the best option to be safe as much as possible. Just owning it can help players become more comfortable doing PvE even when not using it.

Okay one. You can do Payphone hits randomly on the map when it spawns in. Two, you can call Frank to request a payphone hit and he will call the closest payphone to give you the hit. You need to be outside in freeroam when doing it.
