I’m talking about the last person that joins through the on call feature. Sometimes heist leaders immediately start the job before the person is able to leave the job after seeing the name of the job at the bottom right corner for less than 1 second

Which is why I always wait like 10-20 seconds after an on call person finally joins us on the invite screen, before starting the job

That way, a person that joined through on call should have enough time to leave the job in case they’re not interested. Making easier for me to not waste my time
