Duo in Cayo is better for loot and for the easier cooldown. 48 minutes with someone else. If you solo the cooldown is 2 hours and 24 minutes.

Be warned that there still seems to be the painting glitch in Cayo so just do duo if you get 3x gold piles in the main compound.

Solo the average is like 1.1-1.5m. You can average more with duo if you take 85% cut to like 1.4-1.9.

The primary reason you want to duo is for the cooldown really. And the ease of doing it if the other person is atleast somewhat competent.

Whereas in the special cargo warehouse you can fill a large warehouse to max and sell it for over 1.5million plus high demand bonus

I feel like thats really just opinion. I don't think any of them are necessarily hard to complete. The CMM for them are definitely difficult, but just completing them regularly is pretty easy. I'd go with act 3 though
