if you kill the guy near the first camera (in front of the room where you can take gold and stuff) you gotta be careful, i always kill him when he goes full right and stops. this is because the juggernaut passes there and may see the body if its killed in the wrong place

you can do it with another Heist setup but the chances of it bugging out increases

Because if they're not in your ceo already upon starting the mission the game can sometimes lag and think that the other person started the active act 3 instead of the setup that's being started

So to avoid that as much as possible try to invite him after every setup to your ceo and planning room then start the setup
