You need to find a passed out guard on the mainland. You can find them usually in freeroam while not doing a task.

Both are fun but not really a necessity. I recommend Deluxo but its mostly outclassed in utility by the MK2. Toreador is a bit more fun if you like regular driving.

Hey, I'm new (rank 4) and I instantly logged out and back in after a random cheater spammed me with ranks and money (imgur screenshots ID: 0VIbxTd).
Upon re-logging, I was asked if I want to alter my character's appearance, I pressed yes. But knowing that it normally costs 100,000 dollars which I definitely didn't spend and requires rank 6 or 5 which I was not before the cheater boosted me, I canceled, now the game says "You will be unable to alter this character again without paying a fee" so I don't know what to press, since I'm unsure if the cheater had something to do with it.
Is it normal that rock$tar, of all companies, randomly offers you a free surgery at rank 4 or is it from the cheater gifting me ranks to get me in trouble?

While I do need a new face already since the lighting and angles were misleading, I'd rather obtain it legitimately or even make a new character at this point, especially **if the fake ranks and monopoly bills he gave me are forever staining my character. **
