Sorry, but you really don't know what you're talking about. On PC, in the past (not sure about now) if you timed it right, the replay glitch paid you every time infinitely (except if you exceed the almost $4.2m limit per half hour on Cayo earnings), not just the first run (wouldn't be much point to it then). If your timing was off by a little, others got paid but you would not but you kept the finale. Off by more, you fail the heist (as if you quit out) or complete it. And, contrary to popular belief, you didn't (at least not everyone) need to get elite to get paid as host. And, it was the 4th step the guy would have taken though that could vary, maybe because of your PC or Internet connection.

Buying a penthouse also has one advantage for the cayo safe code prep, u won't have to steal the access card to go to the penthouse floor everytime. On the prep, u can take the elevator straight to the penthouse floor

That's a good run but more of a speedrun than representative of a normal run for a decent player. You didn't take any secondary loot, you pre-positioned the Kosatka and it had the best rng - no Merryweather version of the weapons prep, the closest toolbox at the closest location for the cutting torch, Safe Code instead of Plasma cutter, etc.

I knew wheelieing makes some bikes go faster, and I knew people call Simeon or others to cut dialogue short, but I haven't tried those things yet. (I rarely do Cayo preps any more.) I guess rocking the Oppressor MK2 is faster than just descending most of the time? Everything else is the same as what I do. I do job warp, but I haven't done Cayo preps since the regular method became slower.

Job warping would definitely save time going to the Velum. But, if you don't have a friend in a session you can join who is using a different targeting mode, I'm not sure it's worth doing just within the city, since it now takes about 30 sec.
