Pavel will call you or send a notification. I always set a timer and go to the planning board rather than wait for that. Even if it's past the cooldown, the board will show the heist is not available yet. I just wait there, and within about a minute it becomes available.

I do that so that I can max the number of times I can do the Gather Intel prep within the 48-min window for hard mode. If I don't like the primary loot that I scope, I cancel the heist. You can do that 4 or 5 times within that window. I often will get the pink diamond that way.

But, for most people, who don't replay glitch, it's probably not worth doing that.

I did it and yes don't switch sessions at all

And pro tip have someone help you inside your MC or CEO

As soon as they join yours the list will get transferred to them as well so they can also look and you get credit for getting all 10 cars
