The location is shitty because when u drive around to the entrance u gotta like make a few turns to drive to the salvage yard

When you deliver the cars to get paid you will probably want to be some where close to the docks. Any damage you take along the way will decrease the value. Aside from that the location really won't be a huge difference as far as jobs and missions aside from what you have to drive through to get there.

It glitches like that sometimes, whenever I sneak before reaching the top of the stairs it doesn't glitch, then I sneak all the way to him, shoot the guard, and he follows.
