kosatka's good yeah, cayo's been nerfed pretty heavily but it's still a good heist to run regardless - sparrow is good for transport, and it's maybe worth buying one of the missile launching things (no idea what it's called) bc there's a certain heist setup that everyone hates, best way to skip it is using that on the helicopter you're supposed to follow

Yes. You can buy from other players in car meet, some come in as customer vehicles in auto shop, some can be stolen off the street and kept, and each weekly update there's at least a few available as the test drives.

I'll double check later, but I'm almost positive that's not the case
