If you didn't do Duggan shipments reinforced armor is a must or your heist will last 4 hours before it gets completed

If you don't replay glitch, then I would do casino heists and run Acid Lab, nightclub and bunker. Maybe do payphone hits and Auto Shop contracts?

The way its done on Xbox is by either using quick resume which doesn't save time and isn't as convinent as closing the game

On Xbox you can hover over exit while still seeing the game so that's good

PS4 has a feature where you can open a menu and double tap the PS button and it takes you back to the game, double tap again and it takes you to the menu you left open, so PS4 just opens the wifi menu, double tap PS button back to game, and then when the time is right, double tap back to the wifi menu and tap x.
