If ur wanting to grind, I wouldn't worry about the payout. Prioritize what can be done quickest. I like to prioritize, Recover Valuables, Rescue Operation and Gang Termination.

*Gang Termination is a hit or miss because of how it works. If one of the targets is killed by indirect fire, you will not be able to compete the mission. This is fine on foot, but could be a big issue using AH or MK2 where things are going boom.
