I think that, those "48 minutes" of window doesn't seem to work at all, any small activity cancels that, such as a call from English Dave or Tom Connors (activities that can be done in less than 5 min so you "would have" plenty of time to return to kosatka and start the heist on hard)

Yes, 3 of the 6 missions I did, ruined the heist that was supposed to be on hard (the other 3 I was already doing preps for the heist), it must be a bug, I saw several players who complained that they had the heist on hard and they saw the amount of the loot as if it were normal, in the end it turned out to be only something visual, when they finished they obtained the entire amount as if it had been in hard, new dlc, new bunch of bugs
