Open the cargobay door and drop them, they are tanky bikes so they can be dropped quite high and not explode. You can do it close to the ground... or this, its just loud but they do fine, unless you crash then you just suck

then you stall and have to recover at a really low altitude and not crash

though its more ideal if you have 2 people for best optimization with bikes, you can have one take two bikes to a plane and get lucky with spawns, 3 if you can manage it, have the 2nd person drive to the zancudo / paleto drop off for the last one, other 3 are typically close to one another
