Realistically having all of those set options on it at once, and spawning in the world is dumbfoundedly rare, the spoiler is very common in the sense to having every possible flag modification possible

The stratum has 7 model flags that can change things that show on it, the rarest possible form of this, would include all 7 of those flags for the model change, being spoiler, splitter, the 2 holders on the inside attached to the fan covers, the sun roof, the roof rails, and the twin turbo badge (Im probably missing one as well) but off the top of my head, if a stratum spawned in with all of those, it'd be considered "rare", obviously though they can just be "put" on using some unconventional methods
