Green is most suitable for sales as its fairly close to the centermost parts of the city, or closest to the map being coord 0 0 and has a downhill for large sale vehicles to accel fast if its in the southern parts, and you can access the highway very quickly going to the eastern parts a bit

Orange is for fast highway access however its a bit more out of the way as most sales are either going to be around eastern city / sandy so you will be doing a bit more driving, this is the same with Yellow although they are more center in the lower part of the city so you can get highway access quickly but still will have to do a tad bit more driving + no downhills to help you

Red are ones you want to avoid generally as sale locations will almost always be farthest away and are in harder to navigate areas (Elysian Island not letting you spawn any PV's at that side of the terminal dock)
