Yes cos clients with battleye installed will regullary check handshakes with other clients and if an handshake fails bc the client doesent have battleye installed or enabled the client with battleye kicks the other one from the session, but this makes so that cheaters dont get kecked instantly and can sometimes freely do this shit for a couple minutes before being kicked. Alteast thats how i was told how it works, someone can correct me if im wrong but yea
