Salvage Yard. You can do short missions where you steal cars and sell them for around 200-300k. and you can on occasion(if rarely) claim a vehicle you stole for 10k

how much do you currently have?

i just noticed you play on PS. I myself cant help you. You have to ask someone else who plays on PS

I can crunch the numbers and say how much you should save up for whats in my opinion the best location and the upgrades(and also leave you with 1mil+)

give or take, it will be around 7-8 mil for the Strawberry Salvage Yard along with max upgrades(but you can drop 750k for the wall safe, since it has a safe with a capacity of 100k, though the wall safe does hold 150k more and 650k if you're not planning to do tow truck missions)

you can also save an extra 700k by not having an extra staff member or coloring the interior
