how is the Khanjali irrelevant for PVP? I have fought dozens of people who resorted to it, even my old classmate kept using it. If someone can have a tank that can tank atleast a few shots and kill otherwise heavily armored vehicles in a few shots is just overpowered. And using ineffective strategies is kinda the thing I like with GTA. If I can kill someone on an Ultralight, I will feel proud of myself instead of just spamming missiles with Opressor

That's pretty crazy. Honestly you're not missing much. I never used him. You're better off choosing the cheapest gunman. There's no award or Career Progress benifit for using him either.

i wasn’t bothered before since i wasn’t gonna use him anyway but it’s not counted for career progress and that’s what i’m grinding rn so it’s obviously a bit of a roadblock

I think your screwed unfortunately. You can try sending a ticket to Rockstar support and send them a screenshot of the award to show that you did it. I've had friends that have had similar Career progress issues with Dave/Tom Cayo missions and Drug Wars acid names, and Rockstar Support just threw money at them even after escalating issue.
