Not trying to be mean, but I read the entire conversation under this message and the reality is that you’re using an RX card with only 4GB of VRAM and outdated drivers which is a pretty significant limitation. Compared to someone running a 4090, the difference in performance and visual quality is massive.

You mentioned you’re running an RX 570 with 4GB of VRAM and outdated drivers. That setup is pretty limited by today’s standards. 4GB of VRAM just isn’t enough to handle high-resolution textures, detailed shadows, andray tracing. GTA V Enhanced relies heavily on more VRAM to load assets quickly and avoid stuttering or blurry textures. The RX 570 is mid-tier from several generations ago. Modern games or enhanced versions of older ones like GTA are optimized for GPUs with at least 6GB to 8GB of VRAM if you want to play at high or ultra settings smoothly. With only 4GB, you’re already being forced to make compromises: lower resolution textures, shorter draw distances, reduced effects, etc. That’s just the tradeoff when using older or entry-level hardware.

Even with a 2060 Super and 8GB of VRAM, GTA Enhanced can still look rough on minimum settings, especially when compared to Legacy. Some of the new rendering techniques just don’t hold up well at low settings, and that’s why Legacy might look sharper or more polished in some cases on older hardware
