As long as your moving the camera ever so slightly the back camera will stay looking in whatever direction you want. The settings I use is max third person acceleration and max third person look around speed

Deadzone is down to preference but I prefer the highest deadzone for first person and the lowest deadzone for third person.

Since you can make finer adjustments with that deadzone
