I remember jank like this happening on PS3 and PS4. Haven't seen it on PS5 yet. This is probably due to the system struggling to load textures on time. Most common to happen to someone running the gane from an external storage drive. Either thar or the PS5 is really dusty and the system is overheating. Maybe the SSD is showing some wear, you constantly uninstall and install games on the PS5?
