Well found a guy on gta forums that made a ticket and well things are interesting. Majority of the people are receiving the usual error of "Not eligible to migrate at this time" so it probably something rockstar related. At the 3 text line, they did said "not limited to:" meaning there could be more variations of the error message but the really bad ones are mentioned by rockstar.
