go in to files go to wherever you downloaded gta v click on the file and delete “profiles” then when you load back up the launcher it will ask for you to enable the cloud for online services just click enable what that does is just basically force update your cloud in a new folder you wont lose anything! it happened to me today and found how to fix on yt
