idk I have not dogfighted a pyro in a b11 before

but the missile spam does not mean as much as you may think since it is high altitude

just dogfighing normally and both jets can outrun the missiles

the b11 does theoretically have an edge though since it is able to make cuts and deal more severe damage than the pyro due to the explosive rounds. The pyro however has to hit the pilot for anything of value to come from it.

That's the best Raiju pilot I could find in freemode and even he didn't do much but you are right that homing missiles have bad tracking

this raiju pilot is relying on vtol way too much for his shots. This is giving you too many chances to fly away. You also are not using your back camera as much as you should be.

He also is using homing missiles instead of explosive cannons while in vtol for some reason.

Also my playstation controller has stick drift that's why I couldn't use the back camera much

that may be counter intuitive against a raiju that can tell when you are disengaging

they can change from vtol to jet mode and strafe you for a solid couple seconds if you are too far away

you need to go below a certain height then come back up with pinpoint accuracy becauase if it is me I will be acting with pin point accuracy

if you don't go far down enough I will just stay in vtol and shoot you when you come back up, too far down I will leave it and shoot you while in jet mode. Just the right spot and I will leave it and rengage vtol closer to you

that is how I play against non vtol jets most of the time

the same pattern goes for going upwards
