He's just annoying for the north storage, because he leaves near the Office and quickly passes by the North storage, at which point he'll see you inside. Unless you just run to get a bunch of loot. But waiting isn't going to fail the Elite to be honest.

For the west storage as you saw in the video you just had to exit through the other door

I don't really do heists with randoms, I just have two friends who do Cayo Perico, the main problem with them is the guard on the Office stairs. One runs up the stairs and avoids the guard, but sometimes he gets caught, the other shoots the guard and often alerts the other guards but they always refuse to wait 3 seconds for him to hit him in the neck, so all I do is go faster than them and hit him, or if I got the keys I tell them to go to the vault.
