the gun van is always at the location corresponding to the day when the session was created, for random pubs that change hands every couple minutes and where people join and leave, the gun van will almost always be in an unpredictable location because you never know when the session was created. for that reason the advice is to create a fresh private session because then you'll know exactly when the session was created, and in turn, the gun van location
