Well, I'm just not sure if you're allowed to collect the Sunday Peyote before the initial Tuesday one. Due to the "He was wrong to start his hunt on a Tuesday" line in the game's code.

Yes, there's a bug where it doesn't appear. The fix, for me, was to create a new save file and load into that one until it did appear.
