I did a more passive way. Purchase 5 large warehouses on the right side and lower right side. Go into each warehouse and have the employees do the cargo sourcing. Rinse and repeat every 48 minutes. When they start getting full, sell in a full public lobby. Make sure you get the single tug boat mission or the single titan plane mission. Find new session if you get multiple vehicles. Use ghost org about 15 seconds after you get in the vehicle. You will get 3.3 mil max for each warehouse with high demand bonus.

3.3mil x5 = 16.5 mil . So filling the warehouses each 3 times will get you 49.5 mil

Plus the special rare cargo will automatically get sourced by your employees. Make sure you sell them as soon as you get them though.
