I suppose that takes like 6 hours and only pays a bit more than casino

So i did the math and this makes you approximately 6.140.000

In 6 hours that is

Supposing that cayo takes 1 hour and casino 1h20min. You start in the arcade and buy supplies for bunker, coke and cash. Supposing that NC takes 7 minutes, B takes 5, and coke and cash 10 each, that's a total of 32 minutes. I'll round it up to 35 because of traveling times

There would be one payphone hit between the sales, 4 every casino and 3 every cayo. I'll just remove one from casino because the last one after it is the first one before cayo.

So umm... approximately the sales, 3 cayos and 2 casinos for 6 hours of gameplay, not counting payphones

In total, this method makes you around 9.500.000

so the only time they can do it is when it snows since both of those conditions line up.
