I'll give you the math, you decide. A garment factory is 2.350.000$. Maximum "daily" income is 2.000$. A day is 48 minutes. 2.350.000$ divided by 2.000$ is 1.175. 1.175 ingame days times 48 Minutes is 56.400 Minutes. That is 940 Realtime Hours before the Propertie starts making profit for you passively. So no, the passive income is shit. Thanks for listening to my Ted talk. 🙂
