So far you can do cluckin bell raid (a free heist that gives you 500k), it should be on map as V marker; then you can sustain nightclub’s popularity to gain passive income from its safe (50k per in game day), I recommend eventually get yourself a second tech guy for cash factory and bunker to get crate supplied in your nightclub. Always buy supplies in your bunker, eventually when you get around 2 million just buy yourself an agency, do Dr. Dre contract there, eventually you will have to buy kosatka (a submarine) that will allow you to get the heli that you can just spawn nearby yourself
