Yes for nightclub, acid lab, and full bunker if you get the Phantom Wedge trailers mission. You can session jump into your bunker maybe two or three times to get that mission. For the hangar, only do land missions

Do you have the sparrow? Theres no need for an mk2 if you do have it as its better in every way

Do you have your bunker connected to your hangar? And do you have your NC upgraded?
If all of that is a yes, I would probably buy a cocaine lockup from the MC clubhouse computer, set it up and then hook it into the NC
