Your intel isn't as important.

Your preps and setups get reset, however your intel will always be the same outside of some loot areas and the primary / secondary stuff. As well as some other factors like the truck spawning in the front gate for instance, you can setup with intel (after the first run) sub hour, since you really wanna make your first intel the only one you scope everything on

Its an external ran program that blocks firewall access for your computer (doesn't alter GTA files), for the connection your GTA port to the R* server, basically letting you anti-save things, like replaying a heist over and over without having the final go away, but still getting the money. Its also used for various other exploits like the apartment trade in bug, replaying, or free purchases (basically)

Same way you do it for anything else. Go into the heist, complete it, wait until you are about to go into the blackscreen right before finishing the heist, activate it right before that, wait to load into free-roam, go to story, turn it off, load into a new invite only session, go to your interaction menu and change something on your characters clothing (or outfit) to force a save and then you'll have the money, and the heist still.

It works for most things as well, anything you can play solo thats based inside a mission (or contract) work, as well as many more things if you wanna test them, doesn't work will sales or delivery vehicles
