The only business you can sell solo is Nightclub. If you want to sell any business in public , make sure you have 200+ levels as associates, at least 2. And if you are inside the city , use ghost and off the radar to be safer. If someone targets you with lock on take out ur flare gun and shoot behind you , should deter them for a while

Well if you go the grinder way , do cluckin bell until you get enough money for the Kosatka and sparrow. Grind cayo until you can max nightclub and all MC club businesses and sell in public for extra money. Cayo perico is about 1.1M solo minimum per an hour ( 2h cool down solo, 1hr cool down with more people )

So basically it's a passive income. The NC makes money when you play around in free mode lobbies , you can call Yohan to source cargo or get cargo from Cargo missions in public lobbies. You can make around 3 mil I think I'm full stock and it's always good to sell in pub if you want extra money but it's very risky

If you want to make more money for NC , you need a motorcycle club and one of each business from it. Maxed out if you wanna get the max benefits
