b2b is basically requireing 2 people:
You can complete the same heist over and over and not have to redo the setups, you'll have the same heist and can play it over and over again

Basically a host starts it, gives the 2nd player all of the cut and plays through it as normal, then they cut their game off during the ending cutscene (right before they get the envelope), restart and wait until the other collects the money, loads up and then they can redo it over and over

They basically switch who host and who is a crew member every run hence, back to back or b2b
You also need to reset your cache as well every 2 runs, you can do it on ps5 by having the game having the game open > Go to the main screen on the home > Options on gta > the little PS cloud data option > Clear it and close game > relaunch and spam R1 and L1 and you'll do that

i felt that while he was a prick through the entire thing, Micah didn’t feel like he was actively working against the gang until later chapters when you get back from guarma. Milton and Cornwall while they didn’t necessarily have a lot of screen time still had a lot of influence on the direction of the gang in terms of their actions.
