• Get a agency for Dr Dre
• Buy Kostka w sparrow and bang out kayo

To upgrade acid lab:
complete 10 Fooligan missions via calling Dax (must be done once you have gotten you acid lab by doing the first 6 dose missions)

Buy an agency via your phone and you’ll unlock dr Dre contract missions (2Mish)

Kostka for Cayo (3.5Mish with sparrow)
