With your console connected to a display like a TV or something, you power it off through the system menus. You wait until the display says no source and then you unplug your system and you wait 30 seconds to a minute and then you plug it back in and power it back on as normal

I do want to say the timing of the server crashes is rather interesting considering I publicly came out and said GTA crashes that are occurring. Specific to PC are a result of a sophisticated dos and now servers that are not PC are also getting crashed.... Weird
