Nightshark will full upgrades can tank like 7 - 8 rpgs, meaning you'll outlive anyone on an oppressor they'll run out of missiles before they kill you, but it's not as bulletproof as the kuruma, just bullet resistant so they can still shoot you out. If you want a completely bulletproof car get the armored kuruma although it's really only good for PVE because in PVP everyone uses explosives and the kuruma can't even take a single sticky bomb.
