Itll be more difficult for PVP but for PVE its a life saver. You literally have aimbot you just gotta move your left stick and itll switch targets, no more spamming scope in to change targets

Itll carry you through most missions until you get used to how each gun works and what works for you, when you get more used to hitting headshots you can maybe turn it back to partial

Okay so you need to buy the garment factory for 2.35m and then after that you take your terrorbyte inside it and it'll act like an LS customs basically, there you upgrade your terrorbyte with FIB tech which includes the MCT for 1.25m

So overall it's a hefty investment but it'll save you tons of time
