The primary issue with the criminal mastermind is that you are forced to rely on 3 other people. Then, the tension that comes with running heists and trying not to die at ANY point in all 5 heists. All it takes is one person dying once, getting pissed off, and leaving out of rage. Now you need to find another 4th, which will upset the other 2. Its a whole ordeal. I'd definitely vet the people you plan on doing it with.
