The slot can either take special cargo or hangar. If you don’t have both, it’ll use whichever you have. But if you have both, I’m guessing it’s random or something. Special cargo is better to save on money, but hangar is better for future use later in the game when you can afford to buy planes and helicopters, and it has a somewhat decent money-making option
