If that’s what they’re offering you that’s all the can do. They don’t go and add stuff individually because that would cause people to request stuff they never really bought and just cause more problems than solutions

But honestly if you screws over again I’d just contact support again. If you bug them enough they might just give you stuff, it happens all the time. I know a guy who got them to just gift him $10M because he just annoyed them enough with a false claim
