No save is basically a firewall blocking script you can enable at the end of activities to initially get the money, and save the heist, you should look it up on reddit though as theres guides for it

The timing is right as you are ending the heist, no save is enabled once you are going into the black screen loading out of anything, go to story mode once you load in, disable it, load into a new invite only session and change an accessory on your character to force a save

For normal non-no-save you can just close your game / airplane mode right before you are being given the evenlope or the green pay screen appears (depending if its cayo / doomsday or casino) and then reload the game, though its less reliable
