Go to yellow V on map , that's Cluckin Bell. A heist worth 750k initially , 500k for the rest of the times , very easy for beginners. Go to a yellow R on the map near Sandy Shores there's a mission with Dax. It will give you a fast good supercar for free and an acid lab which makes you money. Both good for beginners , look up the missions of you don't wanna die a lot. Usually an assault shotgun and a rifle are enough for the missions.

After you do those , gather money for Cayo Perico ( you need to go to the Music Locker near theCasino to unlock the submarine for it , buy the submarine and the sparrow from Warstock) and then watch a tutorial on what you need to do for Cayo.
