well, you can type !b2b first. Then you find someone to do it with and if you host you give him 85% then y'all loot gold only if y'all have that otherwise paintings or cash and then obviously the primary target. After that escape by swimming you can easily find a video how to do a cayo heist fast on YouTube but anyways, after completing the heist you close the game whenever the guy that gives you the envelope takes the 2nd step on the stairs (always worked for me) have the close button ready so you don't fail. Then before opening the game reset cache and that's about it
