Get the nightclub at full popularity and you'll make 250k passively fairly quick

To get that 250k you gotta stay in freeroam a bit so meanwhile you can gather stock for nightclub or do freeroam stuff

Do the Dax missions and that way you can do acid lab missions in free roam , Dax missions also give you a free super car that's pretty good with Imani tech
