Guys, please help, I have completed the Oscar Guzman Flies under 60 mins but still didn't get that checked in tier 4 career progress, what did I do wrong? Has someone done it? Here's what did:

Did it with breaks in between missions, but used a stopwatch for mission time, I completed all 6 missions in 50mins

If I felt like I am taking too long, I ended the mission through phone, and started a new session.

I intentionally failed the 'Intel" mission and restarted from checkpoint to spawn back on land.
